1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, accessing, or playing Velocity Unleashed or using velocityunleashed.ca, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. FAIR PLAY & MULTIPLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT
Cheating, exploit usage, unauthorized memory modification, network manipulation, or toxic behavior in multiplayer races will result in permanent account suspension from competitive leaderboards.
3. VIRTUAL ITEMS & IN-APP PURCHASES
Virtual currency (Nitro Credits) and digital vehicles purchased in-game are non-refundable digital license items managed according to Apple App Store standard Terms and Conditions.
